How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime in 1 click! Go to your account's Billing & Credits dashboard and click 'Manage Subscription' to open the Stripe Customer Portal. You retain full access until the end of your billing cycle.
What thermal printers are supported?
Our 300 DPI exports work seamlessly with Brother PocketJet, Phomemo M08F, OZER Quick Stencil, MUNBYN, and traditional 3M thermal fax copiers using genuine Spirit Master transfer paper.
Can I tattoo generated designs on paying clients?
Yes! All paid plans and purchased credit bundles include 100% full commercial inking rights. You can tattoo the designs, print flash sheets, or sell physical prints with zero royalty obligations.
Are my uploaded sketches kept private?
Yes. Our Thermal Stencil Maker executes client-side in your browser memory via HTML5 Canvas. Your raw reference sketches and stencil adjustments are never stored on our servers or scraped.
